Our priority is always customer satisfaction. Always contact our technical support team before requesting a refund. Let’s see if we can fix the problem for you.

The thing is, we have a lot of confidence in our service and we think you won’t cancel, but if you’re still not 100% satisfied with our service, you can cancel the web hosting you purchased within 30 days from the transaction date and get a hassle-free refund.

Alternatively, we may deposit your refund into your Hosting123 account for later use.

“Transaction date” means the date any product or service was purchased, including the date it was processed by Hosting123 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

You can cancel an item at any time, but a refund will be made only if cancellation is requested within the refund period specified for the applicable item, if any.

Existing service renewals you use and the balance you add to your Hosting123 account are non-refundable.

We also do not offer a refund guarantee for accounts suspended for non-compliance with the service agreement and terms of use. In addition, each user can request a refund only for the first service received.
