STANDARD REFUND TERMS
Our priority is always customer satisfaction. Always contact our technical support team before requesting a refund. Let’s see if we can fix the problem for you.
The thing is, we’re so confident in our service that we don’t think you’ll cancel. However, if you’re still not 100% satisfied with our service, you can request a refund for your web hosting purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Alternatively, we may deposit your refund into your Hosting123 account for later use.
“Transaction date” means the date any product or service was purchased, including the date it was processed by Hosting123 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.
You can cancel an item at any time, but a refund will be made only if cancellation is requested within the refund period specified for the applicable item, if any.
Existing service renewals you use and the balance you add to your Hosting123 account are non-refundable.
We also do not offer a refund guarantee for accounts suspended for non-compliance with the service agreement and terms of use. In addition, each user can request a refund only for the first service received.
